What is a grip sock?
Grip socks are used to add short rubber bumps on the bottom of the sock. They can increase the contact area with shoes or floors, make people’s center of gravity more stable, and achieve anti-skid effect. They are commonly used for Pilates, yoga, children’s indoor anti-skid socks, football socks, etc.
