The Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto – Luxury Condo Building To Be New Capital of Yorkville

Toronto is known as the condo capital of North America and the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences is poised to be the new capital of Yorkville. Currently being built on the north east corner of Bay Street and Yorkville Avenue, this new luxury development of two towers is set to change the face of Yorkville more than any other condominium riviere project in recent history.

In sheer height alone, its first tower, the West Residence will be 55 storeys; taller than any other building in the Yorkville area west of Yonge Street. The luxury hotel/condo concept is not new to Yorkville as both The Hazelton Hotel with sixteen private residences and The Windsor Arms Hotel with twenty four condominium suites have succeeded in accomplishing this rather well on the boutique level. The new Four Seasons is on a much larger scale with the first twenty three floors of the West Residence consisting of 253 hotel suites and the thirty two floors above it of 103 residential condominiums units. The East Residence of twenty six storeys and 101 suites will be a residential only building.

The original Four Seasons Hotel on Avenue Road at Yorkville has always had the reputation as a hot spot to be seen and hobnob at the Avenue Lounge or dine at the five star rated Truffles. The new Four Seasons will continue that custom of being the “It” place to meet and socialize after work or shopping and for fine dining. Not that the old Four Seasons location will be forgotten as plans are in the works to develop a two tower condominium project of forty-eight and forty-four storeys.

The new location of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will also be a draw to a section of Yorkville between Bay and Yonge Streets that in the past has been underused and less developed in terms of retail and restaurants. With the coming of the luxury new Four Seasons expect to see more swanky shops and trendy dining establishments pop up improving this part of Yorkville and rivalling its upscale counter parts both on Bloor Street and west of Bay Street.

The Four Seasons has had a long standing reputation world-wide as a leader in luxury hotels and resorts offering unparalleled services and amenities. The Four Seasons Private Residences Toronto will feature: Twenty four hour concierge, twenty four hour doorman, valet parking, private lobby and elevators for residents, indoor pool, fitness centre, spa services, room service, housekeeping services, business centre and meeting and ballroom facilities.
